Carlie joined the company in 2021 and already had experience of events in the family so it was a natural fit! She has now grown and developed professionally to become an outstanding event manager and head of production. She helps lead teams to create world-class conference agendas at our show which draw in thousands of attendees.

Favourite Moment at OKL: "My favourite moment so far has got to be Sydney Build 2024. There was wacky entertainment around every corner and it was great to see all of the attendees different reactions."

Fun Fact! "I am a big foodie and cook a different countries' national dish every weekend - my favourite so far has the national dish of Sweden - meatballs!"
